Thea joined The Conference Company in the role of CEO in April 2025 following the acquisition of the business by Uno Loco Group. Also a key member of the Uno Loco Group Leadership Team, Thea brings specialist skills in marketing, comms, events, brand, design and digital, as well as 25+ years business management and people leadership experience in both NZ and Australia. Thea is working closely with Jan as she gradually transitions out of the business; and with the support of Stephen, James and the senior team, will lead TCC into its next chapter, building on TCC’s incredible heritage and enhancing its reputation as a market leader.
