Louisa graduated with a Bachelor of Music (Honours) and a Diploma of Languages from the University of Melbourne in 2017, and later completed a Master of Arts and Cultural Management. Before joining TCC, she worked in marketing and sales for a music education retailer in Australia, contributing to professional development events and the country's largest school music festival. At TCC, Louisa combines her passion for customer service with a keen eye for detail, thriving in the fast-paced environment to ensure delegates have an exceptional experience.
