Carolyn Banks

Finance Manager

Carolyn is our finance team lead, overseeing our rigorous financial management, planning and reporting processes. Her career started in Audit with Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young in Auckland before heading overseas where she worked in a number of international organisations in London, Orlando and Denver. Upon returning to New Zealand Carolyn worked for Spark and Goodman Fielder before joining us in April 2024. Carolyn loves the variety of the work she does and the people she meets through The Conference Company. Carolyn holds a BCom, from the University of Auckland and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
