Blair is our CEO and one of our owners. He has been a leader in the business events sector for over 12 years and is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences that connect people, build trust, and drive meaningful outcomes. Prior to joining The Conference Company, Blair held senior executive roles across business strategy, digital transformation, and marketing, including leadership positions with BNZ, Spark, Telstra, and National Australia Bank. He uses this expertise to help us keep innovating, sharpen our strategic focus, and ensure we deliver measurable value for clients. Blair is also a Director of The Conference Company’s sister business, Uno Loco Ltd, and holds external advisory roles with the Problem Gambling Foundation, the New Zealand International Convention Centre, and several social enterprises. He is a strong advocate for the power of business events to create positive impact - helping organisations engage their audiences, and deliver impact that extends well beyond the event itself.
