The Australian Diabetes Congress 2025

The Challenge

Every year, the Australasian Diabetes Congress hosts a meeting for the brightest minds in their field. To run an event that delivered on the expectations of their delegates, they needed a comprehensive management service that covered multiple demands - all while keeping their costs sustainable.

The Solution

What makes TCC unique is that we never just stick to what we know. In this case, we drew deep on the client’s industry knowledge to deliver an event that met the expectations of our healthcare professional demo. We quickly identified market trends, anticipated challenges, and adhered to their professional standards.

Leveraging our own connections, we secured favourable terms with vendors, sponsors and partners. We also utilised the latest in event technology to streamline operations, enhance interactivity, and deliver useful data about our sessions. We even handled the marketing campaign, creating a suite of targeted content for different audiences within the diabetes healthcare community.

From the venue we locked in, to the sub-events we planned and managed, we went above and beyond to deliver a consistent, cost-effective event that aligned with the client vision. It combined all our core capabilities, seamlessly integrated into one holistic approach.

The Outcome

The meeting was an undeniable success - the event itself ran smoothly, the client’s performance metrics were exceeded, and the meeting was positively received by all who attended. Our marketing campaign bumped up registration numbers, and our sponsorship ties helped boost profitability for the client. ADC 2025 boasted the highest-delegate numbers to date, with the planning of this year’s edition (and discussions for the next five) already underway.
