Culture + Values
The secret to a great conference is connection. We’ve learned the same is true for planning and delivering one. We believe in growing a culture of support and shared accountability across our team, taking responsibility for all outcomes together. We lean on each other’s strengths, step up to the plate with our own, and celebrate all our successes together.
Our Culture
Over the past few years, we’ve worked to strengthen our cultural capability, deepening our understanding of Te Ao Māori and weaving it into our work with authenticity and authority.
-
Across every corner of our work, we ground our approach in kindness, generosity, and mutual respect. Nothing is more important to us than the positive experience of our clients and delegates. We make sure every event is welcoming, inclusive, and thoughtful in its delivery.
-
We want our events to leave a positive legacy, not only in the hearts and minds of those who attend, but upon the environment which continues to host us. We actively work with clients and partners to deliver conferences with an emphasis on sustainability and social good.
-
We believe in the power of community. We stand alongside our partners through thick and thin - always working to build meaningful relationships and provide the networks and foundations for others to do the same.
Our Beliefs
Nothing is more fundamental than a workplace that makes everyone feel seen, heard and safe. We embrace all people from all backgrounds, with a proud culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe in breaking down as many barriers as we can, with a strong focus on developing our talent and promoting from within. These core values are the drivers of every person we hire, every business decision we make, and every client experience we create.
