In 2020 Auckland Unlimited’s Economic Development agency created Auckland’s Future Now to “bring together leading business and economic thinkers to focus on the region’s economic recovery and how it can collectively support our communities, businesses and industries in a COVID world”. Not only did this galvanise actions and working relationships in its aftermath, it was also a springboard for a further event in 2021.

Fortunately, both events were able to take place in-person, creating an engaging and vibrant meeting environment.
On both occasions we provided a comprehensive logistics, registration and onsite management service to support Auckland Unlimited’s Project Manager and the Programme team.
One of our roles particularly appreciated by Auckland Unlimited was the meeting/greeting of speakers as they arrived, escorting them to the speaker preparation room and guiding them to the main stage to join their panel at the appropriate time. Another of our team worked alongside the audio-visual technicians and programme producer to ensure proceedings went exactly as planned while others managed ‘front of house’ at the registration desk and assisted Auckland Unlimited’s team in a multitude of ways throughout the busy days.
